  • Goods refer to the physical or digital items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and services, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  1. The product delivered is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on our website.
  2. You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  3. The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads or customized digital products
  • Services rendered (such as design or digital media services)
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable

Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our criteria.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.).
  • In case of payment gateway fees or third-party deductions, the net amount will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your payment provider or bank—processing times may vary.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@teaminspire.shop.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us first to confirm eligibility and instructions.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may proceed with a return (if eligible).
